The season of spooky celebrations has arrived and we’ve got all you party planners covered! It’s easy to make a fun and memorable Halloween party with your printer, some scissors, and PicMonkey, of course. Check out this video tutorial to get the deets or scroll below to skim the highlights.
Create an invitation
Announce your party in style with invitations made in PicMonkey! We’ve got tons of templates to choose from and they’re all 100% customizable, so you can switch up the text, colors, and photos to match your event. For this party we printed off a poster, but if you’re looking for personalized cards, send them to the PicMonkey Print Shop.
Make some candygrams
These sweet party favors are a breeze to make. We used the Oh My Gourd, I’m Batty About You, and Be My Boo card templates and changed up the colors and font. Just print them out and stick them to some treats. Your guests will eat ’em up!
Set up a photobooth
This fun project has two parts: Making a banner and printing photo booth props.
To make the banner, we used the Instagram Boo Boos template and changed the colors and text, making sure the colors alternated for every letter. To hang them up, hole punch the letters in each corner and string thread through the holes.
To make photo booth props, we used graphics from the Trick or Treat theme and added them each to their own canvas, resizing them so that they filled the entire space. We exported those, printed and cut them out, and then taped on some paper straws for stylish handles.
Play Halloween bingo
Get the fun going with a game of Halloween bingo. To create the set, start in the collage maker and create a collage with five columns of cells across and six rows down. Fill the cells with some different colors and send it to the Editor to add text and some spooky graphics. Save it to Hub and then change the position of the graphics for each additional card you want to make. Print your cards and cut up the key (a grid with all the graphics you used) and you’re ready to play!
